2021 Downtown Mayoral Candidate Forum Presented by Downtown Fort Worth, Inc & Fort Worth Downtown Neighborhood Alliance

All Mayoral candidates have been sent a DFWI Annual Report and a State of Downtown publication so that they are aware of the underlying dynamics of Downtown. While these are pre-COVID publications, they still illustrate the long-term trajectory of Downtown and redevelopment efforts. Questions for the candidates will be focused on topics that directly affect Downtown.
Format:
Each candidate will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and make a two-minute opening statement.
Following this, a moderator will ask questions. Each candidate will have up to one minute to respond.
Attending citizens may submit questions before the beginning of the forum or send questions in advance to Beckyf@dfwi.org.
Limited seating will be available in the park. We encourage all attendees to bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket.
Please maintain social distancing and practice safety precautions recommended by the CDC while in Burnett Park.
In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors with limited capacity. Priority will be given to registered attendees for in-person attendance, as well as a link to attend virtually.
